About The Band..

The Sawyer Brothers Band is a country- rockin good time! If you can't have fun when these guys are playing.....well you know the rest. All the guys have been playing for " several" years- several more than they would like to admit. Harold (drums), John (pedal steel & lead guitar), Sonny (bass), and Dean (keys) were the legendary Hot Set-Up band in the 80's. Now joined by able guitarist Andy Foster (of Ethel & the Octanes fame), the group is called the Sawyer Brothers Band. Everyone in the band sings, and the quality of the musicianship is second to none.

The music is a wide- ranging mix, always entertaining, always danceable. You might hear an old Haggard tune or a Blake Shelton song. Lynyrd Skynyrd sounds like Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Stevie

Ray Vaughan rocks! Charlie Daniels and Marshall Tucker are regulars here, as well as Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. If you wanna hear it, just ask, they probably know it! John just might pull out the fiddle for an Alabama or ragin cajun tune. Dean (aka Mr. Whiskey) sings soulful ballads like no one else, and Sonny can belt out a rocker if you feel like one! Andy and John provide excellent backup vocals in addition to an occasional lead vocal spotlight. Harold sings most of the country songs, and almost anything else you throw at him!

Come check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. Festivals, night clubs, weddings, reunions, parties, etc. are a lot more fun with Sawyer Brothers Band!
